Custom Products
All mouse shells, mods, and prototypes are individually custom-made according to your specific requirements and produced on demand using 3D printing.
Cancellations, returns, or refunds are not possible once the order has been placed and production has started.
Shipping
Shipping is available only via DHL from Germany.
Shipping costs are paid by the buyer and will be communicated before payment.
The buyer is responsible for any taxes, customs duties, and import fees in their country.
Payment Options
Payment is accepted only via:
- PayPal Friends & Family (preferred – no fees)
- Cryptocurrency: QRL or Bitcoin (BTC)
Important Crypto Notice: All risks related to cryptocurrency payments (wrong address, wrong network/chain, lost transactions, volatility, etc.) are borne entirely by the buyer. Crypto payments are final and non-refundable.

The M3K PCB is fully technically supported — either by me or directly by zaunkoenig.
